Job summary

Addev Materials Healthcare (AMH) in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator/Spooler to set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to meet exact customer specs in an ISO 13485 environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and Friday, 6:00–10:00 AM.

Pay ranges from $24/hr to $28/hr. Ideal candidates can read specifications, perform precise color matching, and uphold quality standards throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience with flexographic operations preferred.
• Ability to read job specifications and interpret drawings.
• Compute basic mathematical calculations for production setups.

The Role:

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce custom products that meet exact customer and engineering specifications. In this hands-on role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to drive quality, minimize waste, support production efficiency, and ensure compliance within our ISO 13485 regulated environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience with flexographic operations, rotary die cutting, ink mixing and color matching is preferred
• Ability to read job specifications, interpret drawings and compute mathematical calculations is required

Physical Requirements:

• Employee must be able to stand continuously with occasional awkward positioning
• Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, with the assistance of lifts
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
