Job summary

ABR Employment Services seeks a skilled Flexographic Press Operator for our Green Bay facility. This hands-on role drives quality, precision, and teamwork, operating multiple presses and upholding lean/ISO standards.

You will be part of a press operations team, set up and monitor color accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting production targets and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic presses efficiently and safely, ensuring quality and production specifications.
• Operate 10-color 13” water-based flexographic press.
• Operate 8-color 17” UV flexographic press.
• Operate Nilpeter narrow-web UV ink roll-fed flex press.
• Operate Mark Andy 10-color water-based flexographic press.
• Monitor print quality, registration, and color while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with press team to keep presses stocked and running smoothly.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen to improve processes, efficiency and quality.
• Support ISO quality systems and safety standards.
• Contribute to an innovative culture focused on developing new products.
