• HACCP, FSMA and cGMPs awareness and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic math for production records.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate the mixing system safely and accurately.
• Complete scheduled mixing per formula cards and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate daily batch records and production documentation.
• Monitor equipment and work areas for safety; report concerns to management.
• Support production and other duties as assigned by plant management.
