Job summary

Central Farm Service in Minnesota is seeking a team member to mix and manufacture feed to meet customer expectations and industry standards. The role involves operating grinding and mixing equipment, loading trucks, and assisting with deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will participate in daily planning, monitor stock needs, and perform required maintenance. The job requires physical capability and adherence to company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the job.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate custom feed grinding and mixing services per customer expectations.
• Load feed trucks and assist with unloading bulk and bagged ingredients.
• Notify supervisor of stock needs and assist in planning daily deliveries.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mill equipment and report needed repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow OSHA safety policies.
