Job summary

You will produce quality eyewear by applying the Quality Manufacturing Program (QMP), perform finishing steps, and help ensure safety and cleanliness in the lab. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to perform multiple tasks accurately under time pressure.
• Detail-oriented with measurements and equipment settings.
• Knowledge of optical manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality eyewear through the Quality Manufacturing Program (QMP).
• Select lenses, mark, tape, block, generate, finish and polish, and coat polycarbonate lenses.
• Perform drop-ball testing, safety monogramming, mounting and final inspecting.
• Maintain laboratory tools and equipment per QMP maintenance procedures.
• Keep the lab and stockroom clean, organized and safe.
