LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Lab Associate to deliver high-quality eyewear through precise lab processes and excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accuracy while supporting sales floor needs.

The role emphasizes quality manufacturing, adherence to QM processes, continuous learning, and teamwork to meet store objectives and provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bench work and tinting experience.
• Strong Basic Math Skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Problem solving ability.
• Organization skills.

• Strong communicator and listener to customers and associates.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Coaching associates on Lab Best Practices.
• Assist co-workers with lab questions or problems and cooperate readily.
• Take independent action when needed in the lab and suggest improvements.
