EssilorLuxottica's West Covina optical lab is hiring for a full-time eyewear manufacturing role. You will produce eyewear, finish, edge, mount, and inspect to company standards, while operating and maintaining lab tools with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
Strong communicator and listener.
Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Produce quality eyewear using the Quality Manufacturing Program (QMP) including lab ordering, in-office finishing, edging, mounting, and final inspecting.
Operate and maintain laboratory tools and equipment per QMP maintenance procedures.
Strive to improve technical knowledge through QMP and apply it to eyewear production.
Determine best manufacturing processes for routine and special orders to ensure top-quality eyewear within delivery times.
Maintain attention to details in measurements, calculations, equipment settings, and defect control.
Follow up on discrepancies and suggest improvements to ensure patient satisfaction.
