Job summary

Slingshot Connections in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an Operator 2 for precision electronic assembly and soldering. You will assemble and rework very small components, inspect work under a microscope, and ensure high-quality production of critical parts.

Qualifications

Experience soldering with leaded and lead-free alloys.
Gold-tin soldering experience preferred.
Hands-on microscope work for extended periods.
Experience with very small components, 0201/0402, in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with wired interconnections.
Strong dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail with small hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
