Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated soldering experience in manufacturing.
• Must demonstrate exceptional hand-eye coordination for precision assembly.
• Must be proficient in microscope operation for detailed inspection.
• Proven reliability with consistent attendance and performance standards.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (8+ hours) while maintaining focus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components per work instructions and drawings.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean; suggest improvements to procedures.
• Use tools to connect parts, align components, and complete work order documentation.
• Operate and monitor automated technologies used in assembly.
