Stellant Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join a team in Torrance, CA. The role involves assembling electronic components into finished products within an ESD environment and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

In this position you will read and follow detailed work instructions, set up records, and potentially train other operators while maintaining strict build quality and documentation accuracy. The role requires hands-on soldering, tool usage, and microscope work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using basic hand tools and soldering.
• IPC J-STD-001 certification or able to obtain certification.
• 1+ years of operations or manufacturing-related work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures and basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• 20/20 eyesight (corrected) and good hand-eye coordination for microscope work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic assemblies from components through final product.
• Follow approved instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams and data sheets.
• Set up build records with kit/traveler, hours, stamps and dates.
• Train other operators on assemblies and maintain build quality.
• Operate assembly and process equipment and apply epoxy materials; form leads as needed.
• Work under ESD/clean room conditions and use computerized input to log data.
