Ralliant is seeking an Electronic Assembler for a weekend shift position in Hollister, CA. You will perform production assembly on components and subassemblies, following IPC-J-STD guidelines, with microscope soldering when required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided (OJT).
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with ability to plan and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies, and other complex duties as assigned.
• Uses visual aids, drawings and verbal and written instruction to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units.
• Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Solder various electronic component sizes following IPC-J-Std standards, including fine pitch components.
