Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Hollister, CA, to join a high-performance manufacturing team focused on precision electronics. You will read schematics, hand-load PCBs, and solder under magnification, ensuring strict quality and ESD compliance.

The role requires hands-on PCB assembly experience, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Shifts run Thursday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in PCB assembly, hand loading and inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Experience soldering under a microscope with leaded and lead-free materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and complex units.
• Hand-load PCBs using schematics, visual aids, and drawings.
• Identify component values and ensure accurate placement.
• Solder under a microscope and inspect for defects.
• Perform rework, modifications, and reassembly as needed.
• Follow ESD protocols and quality standards.
