Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support build, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of sub-systems for advanced lithography equipment. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong mechanical/technical aptitude, ability to follow detailed procedures, and experience with electronics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, assembly, production testing, electronics, or related technical environments preferred.
• Experience with electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical tools required.
• Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical subassemblies.
• Use standard hand tools, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
• Perform soldering of small wires and components under a microscope.
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting using detailed work instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Production teams on process improvements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Perform leak testing, Hi-Pot testing, alignments, and system verification processes.
• Assist pressurization and troubleshooting of gas and water systems.
• Maintain accurate production records and ERP transactions.
• Follow 5S and safety standards; keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Train and mentor teammates on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
