Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks an assembler to accurately assemble, integrate and qualify complex products in a cleanroom-like environment. You will follow established specifications, track work, and communicate across shifts to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on electromechanical work, attention to detail, and familiarity with Lean manufacturing; competency in MS Office, SAP and LabVIEW is expected. Candidates must read data carefully and follow strict procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on electromechanical assembly work.
• Precision measurement and tool use and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, SAP, Lab View.
• Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
• Work according to a strict set of procedures within provided timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate and qualify technical products in accordance with established specification requirements.
• Manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems according to the established procedures. Solve less complex technical problems that may occur. Accurately track work completed and communicate to peers across shifts.
• Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes.
• Execute plan and activities as assigned by area leader and monitor the practical situation.
• Support colleagues in training processes; search for solutions and ideas arising from input and the implementation of departmental goals.
• Accurately administrate Production Operation Dashboard and other ERP systems.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement culture
• Maintain efficient, clean, and organized workcenter
• Adhere to all ASML Corporate & Wilton Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
