Job summary

ASML in Wilton, Connecticut is seeking a Production Engineer - First Line Support to keep production running smoothly by solving technical issues, supporting product quality, and driving continuous improvement. This on-site role operates on a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM D2 shift schedule (Thu-Fri-Sat with alternating Wednesdays).

You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to maintain production flow and support the delivery of complex lithography systems used by semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics with 2+ years in production/mfg environment.
• OR Master's degree with internship experience in production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot real-time production issues to reduce downtime and maintain output.
• Document investigations, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to bring in specialty expertise as needed.
• Support process control activities via statistical process monitoring and analysis.
• Investigate recurring challenges and contribute long-term solutions.
