Job summary

Analogic Jobs US in Vista, California is seeking a skilled manufacturing assembler to join our production team. You will assemble cables, harnesses, panels, enclosures and other small sub-assemblies according to documented instructions and specifications.

You will read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, install components, solder PCBA wires, measure and route conductors, and use hand and power tools to complete tasks while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, production, or R&D experience.
• Familiar with electrostatic discharge handling procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cables, harnesses, panels, enclosures and sub-assemblies.
• Read and interpret work instructions, mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Install components and devices according to assembly documentation and specifications.
• Solder wires on PCBAs and electronic components.
• Measure, cut, strip and route wires on panels/enclosures.
• Use basic hand and power tools to perform assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Operate measuring instruments (multimeters, calipers, tapes) to verify conformity.
• Provide feedback to improve assembly processes and documentation.
• Complete build records, quality docs and production reports.
• Perform quality checks on own work and assist peer inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, 5S workspace and follow guidelines.
• Adhere to manufacturing guidelines, procedures and safety policies.
• Follow company regulatory and compliance policies.
