Job summary

Analogic Jobs US in Vista, CA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support rapid manufacturing of sub-assemblies and finished systems. You will assemble cables, harnesses, panels, and mechanical assemblies, and participate in system troubleshooting with engineering to resolve issues.

You will read work instructions, use hand and power tools, measure with multi-meters and oscilloscopes, document builds, maintain 5S workspace, and contribute to quality and process improvements daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or R&D experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher is acceptable.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required).
• Comfortable working at heights (15+ feet) and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues with varying levels of complexity.
• Have a working knowledge of electrical theory and signal processing.
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and other production-related documentation.
• Solder wires, PCBA’s, and components.
• Utilize a combination of basic hand tools and power tools.
• Utilize measuring tools such as multi-meters, oscilloscope, etc.
• Provide assembly feedback and suggested changes or improvements.
• Complete build records and documentation as required.
• Conduct quality checks on own work and buddy checks on others.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and 5S practices.
• Follow manufacturing guidelines and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-training activities.
