You will load, solder, test, and integrate sub-assemblies following drawings and process instructions, while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires five years in high-reliability manufacturing, defense/aerospace experience, IPC/J-STD-001 or IPC-620/IPC-610 certifications, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years in defense/aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Familiarity with AS 9100 and IPC standards.
• Lean manufacturing and quality control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electrical components, harnesses, enclosures, and related subassemblies.
• Loads, solders, tests, and reworks PCBA's and wiring harnesses.
• Operates basic test equipment and follows blueprints and specs.
• Maintains quality, safety, and housekeeping per company policies.
• Oversees and assists lower-level technicians as needed.
