• Detailed and complex electrical cable assembly and harnessing experience required, including testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and complex electrical cable assembly and harnessing per drawings/specifications.
• Prepare wires and terminate with connectors, bundle with jackets, and test for performance and safety.
• Perform surface-mount soldering and related electrical assembly tasks.
• Conduct mechanical assembly using drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Install, align, torque, and inspect mechanical hardware using various tools.
• Interpret ECNs, ECOs, and TDs and related documentation.
• Perform rework, in-process and final inspection per quality requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work practices following ESD and safety standards.
• Status supervisor daily on progress, blockers, and material/quality concerns.
• Provide input for design and tooling improvements.
