Job summary

Detailed and complex electrical cable assembly and harnessing experience required, including testing.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed and complex electrical cable assembly and harnessing per drawings/specifications.
Prepare wires and terminate with connectors, bundle with jackets, and test for performance and safety.
Perform surface-mount soldering and related electrical assembly tasks.
Conduct mechanical assembly using drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Install, align, torque, and inspect mechanical hardware using various tools.
Interpret ECNs, ECOs, and TDs and related documentation.
Perform rework, in-process and final inspection per quality requirements.
Maintain clean, safe work practices following ESD and safety standards.
Status supervisor daily on progress, blockers, and material/quality concerns.
Provide input for design and tooling improvements.
