Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage high-volume client invoicing onsite with the Midwest Billing Team. You will generate, review, and process invoices using 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies, and collaboration with internal teams to meet tight deadlines. Onsite schedule is standard, with potential future hybridization.

Job description

• Process and manage high-volume client billing transactions.
• Utilize 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub systems daily to generate, review, and process invoices.
• Review billing documentation for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and invoice-related issues.
• Work with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely billing completion.
• Create, modify, and manage billing documentation using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PDF tools.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. Support ongoing billing operations and special projects as needed.
• Work Environment Assigned to the Midwest Billing Team.
• Fully onsite Monday through Friday (potential future transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office).
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Overtime may be required during peak billing periods.
