Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be trainable with comprehension of equipment and processes.
• Strong mechanical skills and safety awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drawbench and related equipment to reduce OD, ID, and/or wall of steel tube.
• Review mill orders to ensure optimum processing.
• Determine tooling for orders and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials as needed.
• Participate in kaizen events and problem-solving activities.
