Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including decimal calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal rods and tubes for cleaning, swaging, and draw bench operations.
• Set up and operate draw bench equipment to process metal materials.
• Position dies and materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed.
• Apply lubricants and coatings to materials during processing.
• Cut metal materials using chop saws and other equipment when required.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and specifications.
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional department and production tasks as assigned.
