Job summary

Plymouth Tube is seeking a Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) at our East Troy, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on finishing operations, equipment setup, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate finishing equipment, use micrometers and tape measures, and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and kaizen events to improve process performance. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Trainable with comprehension of equipment and production techniques.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use measuring tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Operate finishing equipment and set up processes per instruction.
