Job summary

Plymouth Tube in Wisconsin seeks a Finishing Operator for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). The role focuses on operating finishing equipment, ensuring safety, quality and production targets, and preparing material for storage or shipment.

This position requires strong mechanical skills, trainability, and the ability to read, write and perform basic math. You will work in a team-based environment, participate in lean improvements, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be trainable and demonstrate acceptable levels of comprehension on various types of equipment and machinery.
• Must demonstrate strong general mechanical skills.
• Must actively support, participate and positively embrace an empowered team culture and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to concentrate in a dynamic work environment and be detail-oriented to maintain quality and throughput.
