Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a production environment.
- Proficient in basic math functions and measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production cards, and inspection reports.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve machine or process issues quickly.
- Excellent prioritization and time management to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate cutoff equipment to produce precise tube lengths.
- Perform quality checks on tube length, surface condition, and tolerances.
- Log shift reports, scrap data, and production times.
- Assist with changeovers and tool changes for different cuts.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety policies.
