Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cut-off operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for production by setting up, adjusting, and re-tooling as necessary, replacing worn blades.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure specifications.
• Feed tube material into the machine and initiate cutting procedure.
• Ensure machinery is properly serviced before start and during shift.
• Assist in equipment repair during maintenance shutdowns and communicate issues to Supervisor.
