Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy training a plus.
• CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements within six months and clean driving record.
• All required federal/state pesticide licenses within the first six months of employment.
• Experience operating sprayers and spreaders preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and drive for long periods.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision ag technology is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.).
• Apply products per agronomic plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform pre- and post-application inspections for safety and efficiency.
• Follow maps and instructions to ensure precise placement and rates.
• Monitor weather and field conditions to determine timing.
• Maintain accurate records of products used, rates, areas treated.
• Coordinate with customers and agronomists on schedules and needs.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols; assist with inventory and reporting.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and adjustments.
