Job summary

Caliber's Indianapolis - North service center is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. You will blueprint and repair, work on frame and structural components, and restore vehicles to factory specs. A speed-to-start bonus and ongoing training support are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
