Job summary

Caliber is hiring at our Indianapolis Service Center for experienced collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise techniques and industry-standard equipment.

A team-oriented environment and safety-focused culture are emphasized as you contribute to high-quality finishes on a daily basis. Qualified applicants have at least two years in collision repair, frame and structural know-how, and a strong detail orientation.

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame, panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair from minor incidents to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly and finish with proper fitment.
  • Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
