Caliber Centerville is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our service center team. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle frame and structural work, and bring vehicles back to factory specs with precision and care.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Can pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish attention to detail.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
