Caliber's Service Center in Highland, IN seeks skilled collision repair technicians with at least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides. Frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a strong eye for detail are essential. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix correctly the first time.
• Attention to detail; ensure tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finish.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
