Caliber Collision’s Service Center Indianapolis – Lawrence is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will repair vehicles to factory specs using precise measurements and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and without guesswork.
• Handle full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality assembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work location.
