Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold heading machines to produce metal fasteners.
• Monitor machines to ensure quality, efficiency, and production targets.
• Perform tooling changes, adjustments, and minor machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
• Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Load raw materials (wire/coil stock) into machines and maintain proper feed.
• Complete production reports, downtime logs, and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards).
