This role is responsible for operating cold heading machines to produce high-volume fasteners and precision components used in the automotive industry.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in metal forming, CNC machining, or production equipment operation, as well as entry-level candidates looking to grow in manufacturing.

Pay: $26+ per hour.

Shift:

• 1st or 2nd - flexibility needed.
• 10 hour shifts - Monday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cold heading machines (headers) to produce metal fasteners and components.
• Monitor machines to ensure quality, efficiency, and production targets are met.
• Perform tooling changes, adjustments, and minor machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
• Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
