Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman trade school equivalent in set-up and operation of Cold/Hot heading machines.
• 4 years work experience in set-up and operation of Cold/Hot Header machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cold/Hot header machines to form parts per blueprints.
• Adjust diameters, grip lengths, depths to tolerances of + .0007.
• Load wire or bar stock and verify feed position.
• Maintain production logs and use SPC for process control.
