Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines (vertical and horizontal) and mandrels to wind conductor coils.
• Read prints, BOMs, specifications and work instructions to select proper materials and processes.
• Connect, solder, clean and braze conductor according to specifications.
• Inspect and document quality criteria during manufacturing to meet tolerances and order requirements.
• Follow standard work procedures and maintain safety, TPM, and 6S practices.
