Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent, plus four years’ prior manufacturing experience.
• Advanced mechanical/technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading manufacturing drawings/specifications, prints or work instructions.
• Developed math and geometry skills.
• Knowledge and use of basic industrial measuring tools.
• Developed skills in the proper use of various hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines for coil types.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality and documentation per specs.
• Perform TPM and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Train new employees and assist in training materials.
• Follow safety procedures and Hyosung HICO policies.
