Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; less than two years of training/experience.
• Intermediate mechanical/technical skills.
• Experience using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings/specifications, prints or work instructions.
• Basic math, spatial and geometry skills; familiarity with basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines for coils.
• Read prints, BOMs, and specs to select materials and methods.
• Inspect, document, and ensure quality per specifications.
• Assist in training and development of new employees; support TPM and maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and standard work procedures.
