About The Role

Based in Houston, TX 77041, you’ll be a key contributor on our production floor—owning the setup, programming, and operation of CNC turning centers to deliver precision parts on time and to spec. A Day in the Life

You arrive to a clean, organized cell and review the day’s work orders and blueprints. You prep a CNC lathe with live tooling, validate offsets, and run a first-article inspection using micrometers and gauges. While parts run, you monitor tool wear, adjust feeds and speeds, and keep an eye on cycle efficiency. You collaborate with teammates to fine-tune processes, document production data, and flag any discrepancies. Before shift end, you perform routine maintenance checks and leave the area safe and tidy for the next run.

• Hands-on experience with precision measurement and inspection tools.
• Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
