• Strong working knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, and CNC control systems.
• Expertise in precision measurement using calipers, micrometers, and other hand metrology tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC programming and machine geometry/alignment.
• Familiarity with multi-axis milling equipment (3-5 axis VMC).
• Strong analytical skills for equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Prior experience in a high-precision manufacturing or aerospace environment.
