MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a skilled tool regrinder to regrind, recondition, and manufacture cutting tools at our St Henry, OH location. You will perform precision work in a shop setting with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work orders, setting up machines, inspecting tooling per print, training others, and reporting to the Shop Supervisor. This full-time role offers hourly pay from $19.62 to $28.77, with compensation based on

Qualifications

• High School graduate with basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read work order instructions.

Responsibilities

• Grind tools per work instructions.
• Inspect tools per print.
• Setup machine before starting work order instructions.
• Return tooling to proper location after completion of work order instruction.
• Train others as needed.
• Report & communicate daily to Shop Supervisor.
• Drive MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to fulfill MSC's vision.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
