Job summary

MSC Industrial Direct Co.,Inc. in St Henry, OH, seeks a tool grinder/rebuilder to regrind, recondition and manufacture cutting tools per work instructions.

You will grind tools, inspect against prints, set up machines, and place tooling back in the correct location. Training others and daily communication with the Shop Supervisor are required.

Work is in a fast-paced shop with overtime potential; safety training is provided and 8 weeks on-site orientation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Grind tools per work instructions.
• Inspect tools per print.
• Setup machine before starting work order instructions.
• Return tooling to proper location after completion of work order instruction.
• Train others as needed.
• Report & communicate to Shop Supervisor daily.
