Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Precision CNC Setup & Production Machinist in Crestwood, MO. This full-time role focuses on setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, loading programs and tooling, and performing first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure tolerances.

You will adjust offsets, swap tools, troubleshoot issues, and keep a safe, organized work area throughout each shift. Experience with Tsugami platforms is a plus.

Precision CNC Setup & Production MachinistLocation: Crestwood, MOSchedule: Full-TimeCompensation: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceA day in your new roleIt’s the start of your shift in Crestwood. You pull the print, call up the program, and verify your offsets. You load the right tools, fixtures, and bar or billet, then make that first-piece inspection before the run kicks off. When the measurements check out, you let the cycle run and keep a close eye on surface finish, chip control, and tolerance. If something drifts, you dial in an offset, swap a tool, or make a minor on-machine edit to bring it back in spec.
