Job summary

Forge-Strategies is hiring CNC Operators and Setup Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will run CNC mills and lathes, verify dimensions, and document results to hit throughput goals.

The role offers a 4-day work week, overtime, and a 10% shift premium on 2nd shift, with full benefits including medical options and 401(k) matching. Training is provided to expand skills.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reading blueprints and holding tolerances.
• Setup experience preferred but not required for every role.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to meet quality and throughput goals.
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and insert changes during production.
• Assist with setups or perform them depending on role.
• Complete in-process inspection and document results.
• Collaborate with the team to learn new machines and processes.
