Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Precision CNC Lathe Setup & First-Article Specialist to own full CNC lathe setups (2–4 axis) from tooling and workholding to offsets and verification. You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, validate features, and document first-article results.

You will troubleshoot tooling wear, improve speeds and feeds, and stabilize cycles for ongoing production. This role supports aerospace and commercial parts without requiring prior aerospace experience.

Qualifications

• Must have independent CNC lathe setup experience.
• GD&T proficiency with blueprint literacy required.
• Precision measurement and first-article inspection capability.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds.

Responsibilities
