Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts.
• Read micrometers, calipers, and gauges for first-piece inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including five-axis workflows.
• Load programs, tooling, fixtures, and raw material.
• Adjust offsets and replace tools to maintain tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining or quality issues and make minor control edits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
