Qualifications

• Practical CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings and apply GD&T.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and verification.
• Proficient in using precision inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs from drawings and requirements.
• Develop machining sequences and select tools, holders, and setup strategies.
• Use CAD/CAM tools to verify programs and identify risks before release.
• Support first-piece prove-outs, setups, and on-floor troubleshooting.
• Optimize toolpaths, cycle times, tool life, and surface finish.
• Prepare setup sheets and program documentation with revision control.
• Collaborate with quality to verify print compliance.
• Assist with fixture concepts and feedback on manufacturability.
