Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer in Buffalo, NY.

The role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC programs for precision parts, translating engineering requirements into efficient, safe machining processes that meet tight tolerances and finishes. You will work closely with machinists, manufacturing engineering, and quality to ensure programs are robust, verifiable, and repeatable on the shop floor.

Competenze

Practical CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T to machining processes.
Working knowledge of G-code, M-code, machining principles, cutting tools, and workholding.
Experience with CAD/CAM software, program verification, and shop-floor troubleshooting.
Ability to use precision inspection tools and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers.

Mansioni

Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs from drawings and models.
Develop machining sequences and select tools, holders, and setups.
Use CAD/CAM tools and simulations to verify machining risks.
Support first-piece prove-outs, setups, troubleshooting, and adjustments on floor.
Optimize toolpaths, cycle times, tool life, finishes, and dimensional consistency.
Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and operator instructions with revision control.
Collaborate with quality to ensure prints are met.
Assist with fixture concepts and feedback on manufacturability.
