Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and ERP interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery including milling and turning equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications.
• Translate production instructions into machine commands.
• Load raw materials and components into machinery.
• Perform test runs and adjust settings for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor machine operations throughout production cycles.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and compare to specifications.
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
