Regal Rexnord is seeking a diligent CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to set up and run precision machines. You will read drawings and process sheets, select and verify tools, and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards. The role requires math proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers.
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.

Responsibilities

• Set up to operate CNC Lathe and Milling machinery upholding production standards and ISO 9001.
• Inspect product to print and deburring if necessary.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, and shop orders to plan work.
• Obtain tools from tool crib, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
• Interpret route sheets and instructions to determine operation sequences.
• Make calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.
• Move completed material to the next workstation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
